This set of question consists completely of questions that other customers asked us. If you didn't find the answer to your question and you think your question should be published you can ask us.

• I received an e-mail message with the key but I can't work out how to install the key?

  Look for attached ZIP archive in the message. Furthermore, there is a link to your key at our website so you can download it whenever you want. Drag or copy this file direct to your desktop, for example. Then double click on this file. You'll see its content. There should be only one .PFX file inside it. Click it twice! You'll see certificate import wizard. Click Next until you'll be asked for a password. The password you can find in letter we sent you. Just select it carefully without spaces before and after and copy to clipboard than paste it to password box and continue click Next button until finish. That's all!

• I created a storage and installed its key but I can access it only under one user account.

  It's not a bug. It's should be so due to security reasons. The storage key should be install for every user account you trust. Therefore the responsibility for the privacy of your data lies completely on your shoulders so the decision whom to trust should make up only you.
  If you want the storage to be accessible under particular user account you have to install its key for that user account. To do this just log in the user you need and install a key in the same way you did it before.

• When I try to open my storage it opens as an ordinal folder and doesn't ask a password. What about the password that I inputted during storage creation?

  In Storage Vault Wizard you have to input the password for the key file. To create a password for particular storage you have to Enable strong key protection during storage key installation when you are asked to input the key's password. If you enable strong key protection you'll be asked to set security level after you finish key installation. Setting High security level causes storage access key creation.
